Gimp is the Linux of image editing programmes. Sure, it can do everything Windows can, after you install all these not-actually-optional add-ons and learn to cope with the counter-intuitive UI to the point you start coping publicly about how it is actually easy to use after you memorize the over 9000 keyboard shortcuts. And Linux actually has some intuitive UI options these days. That said, Gimp does do everything Photoshop can and it's moral to use unlike cracked Photoshop, if an anon cares about that side of things.
