Found her run
Pic related is her run vs my "stock FE settings" 3090. Observations:

1. Peak clocks looks fine for CPU and GPU, boosting as normal
2. CPU performance is normal
3. GPU average clocks are normal, if not a little high
4. GPU peaked at 68C which is normal for a 3090FE cooler at 350W
5. BUT Ame's 3090 is running 20% slower than a stock 3090FE

No, it's not a fake 3090. The driver verifies the GPU model. She does need to update drivers, though.
I wonder if she has something eating up GPU cycles in the background without her noticing...
