Numbers are a beautiful thing, anon. When you look at a chuubas average viewership over a period of time you can see how their content, the scope of their content and their audience has changed to meet their numbers. You learn little bits and pieces about how they might think and how they value growth and whether or not they even care about chasing the dreaded numbers dragon.

Take Saruei for example - you can look at her average numbers over the last 8 months or so and see her have a steady growth rate but constantly flip between different ideas in an attempt to grow quicker (She sees big short term gains with things like ASMR and 3D streams but drops them both and picks up a different gimmick).
Numbers are more than just a /#/ esque pissing contest to go "muh waifu bigger number than your waifu", they're an amazing footprint that paints an entire career. Our whole world is numbers, anon.
