I guess it's just the matter of whether or not your model recognizes the outfit you're trying to prompt.
My model here, while did the Megumin outfit generation just fine, fails to generate something even remotely resembling Yuzuriha Inori's outfit unless I increase its weigh to 1.4, which in turn makes the character look less like Gura and more like the lovechild of GuRyS
