have you ever consider what does Ame want for herself for a second? if she didn't like how things are in Hololive she would be still an Indie, sure, she would not be able to live of it as a full time job but I really don't think her content would be significantly different if she was independent or work for any other Corporation, in fact, it seems like she appreciates more what Hololive is offering over other alternatives, she is the one that is pushing to create and deliver content that's above what Hololive ask her to do.
