There is no reasonable excuse not to stream. Turn on OBS, turn off chat, mute your mic, boot up the avatar, and stream yourself doing literally anything for an hour. It is honestly, genuinely, unironically, that easy. A minimum number of hours streamed per week should have been introduced a very long time ago.
