Why do people still believe this?
Well actually I think I know. (You) think the eastern version of sexual talk is massively different because it is more passive. It's not the v-tuber talking about sucking dick. it's them talking about how massive boobs are or how a nice size schlong is good (or so they've heard).
Reality is there is a difference in sexual talk between the west and east, not necessarily a lack of sexual talk in the east. You're coping or in a minority if you think your qt 3.14 v-tuber doesn't engage in sexual content in her streams.
