That idea has potential but it's basically at the best point anonymous discussion will leave it at unless someone can make up a good idea for like a setting, or a good selection of other characters.
With the setting I think you have like three options. Full fantasy set in not!japan, historical fantasy set in (insert your favorite japanese historical period), or full on modern with it literally happening circa today but without vtubers. Not really sure what's best so it's probably best left to author's taste.
For characters, you basically already have a good list with OKFAMS for Mio's side; though for the characters on your side it's basically a toss up/author's choice. Maybe someone like Iroha as your bodyguard?

I take it you started out making it in greentext then just expanded it to normal prose. Because that's the only way I could see the shitpost origin.

You're in a loving fairytale-esque relationship with a pregnant Mio when one day you're forced to push her out of the way of an oncoming car, only for you to suddenly wake up. It turns out that idyllic life was just a dream, but you ARE actually married to Mio, only she's not pregnant.

A couple days later you get caught in a freak electrical accident during a windstorm and die again, only to wake up once more: you're actually living in a slightly strained relationship with Mio and struggling to make ends meet. A week later, you die and wake up again, and now you're constantly arguing and toeing the line of divorce.

You realize you must avoid this looping Final Destination horseshit at all costs to prevent your relationship with Mio from getting even worse, but can never seem to avoid it, and Mio's attitude towards you in "reality" gradually escalates from irritated to outright hostile and then psychotically murderous.
