I'll assume you don't live in Europe or, if you do, that you don't travel around much
Forget about vtubers, try to think of a regular product that is across Europe.
Other than some worldwide behemoths like Coca Cola, Zara and the likes, most Euro countries stick to their own brands.

There is a reason Corsa (the car) is branded "Opel Corsa" in the mainland and "Vauxhall Corsa" for bongs and Chevrolet Corsa for LATAM, GM acquired the local brands and had to brand their cars with the local name for the locals.

Same thing goes for the "Heartbrand" ice cream
https://www.advergize.com/marketing/49-top-unilever-ice-cream-brands-from-around-the-world/
where Unilever kept the local name for the icecream brands they bought in each country (or group of countries).

Entering a global market is hard, there is balance between providing a product that caters to all countries and tending to the individual needs of a specific market.
