It heavily depends on the coast of living in a location where streamer lives. Also the desire for certain living standards can fluctuate wildly between streamers.
So, some dude may live of 1k viewers in some "cheap" city/town. But he will be in the bottom of the working class in terms of living standards. It's ok for some dudes, buy girls have much, MUCH higher living standards, I am afraid...

It's just a wild guess, but all three would be OK with 2-3k consistent viewers. But they really need to grow more than that.
