i'm really beginning to assume hololive fans have goldfish brain because it's never difficult to know all of them, and knowing all of nijisanji was never a requirement.
Most of them are at best, stick at friend groups or form their own cliques. So it's natural that liking one niji will have you discover 5 to 6 nijis.
I like mito because of buta no gohan, then i discover deron and rin.
