Upon further inspection your suspicion was justified, that md5 of fujitakana-6.png has only been used by a single liker who also posts in the jew thread with static filenames before now on /vt/, either he suddenly turned on file name randomization or this Kanaposter saved the image from one of his posts. Taking into consideration the fact that the only known liker jongers aren't the famous Kana, I think both of them might just be using the image.

After combining all of the information regarding TO's identity in this thread with my encyclopedic knowledge of /pcg/ jongers, I have deduced that the TO is *********.
