trying to figure out why libvpx's internal "scene change" detection is so fucking disgusting, and why you can eliminate nearly all artifacts and end up with a smaller, better looking file using far simpler options, by feeding it pre-cut input files that are aligned with what the human eye would consider a "scene change"
