People using the term SIMP don't understand it's true meaning and only know it under the context of Hololive or urban dictionary. SIMPing is a mistake that a lot of loser betas males such as myself make with girls when they don't understand much about dating or interpersonal relationships. Some guys make the mistake of showering girls with money or gifts thinking it will impress the girl, but in actuality it makes the girl think less of you. I once SIMP'd very hard with an older girl I was dating and she immediately dumped me for some broke alpha male teenager.
