What we are experiencing here are systemic issues and a toxic workplace culture.

What does that mean you ask?

Let us start with the systemic issues.

The entire organization is broken. Managers are either overworked or are just not doing their jobs. Talents are spending money only to find out entire projects were never approved and talents were not informed until the last minute. Managers are unable to properly manage their talents and the continued pressure from more new talents is only exacerbating these issues. On top of that core leaders have left or are leaving the company.

All the while talents within the company have been allowed to form cliques that foster bullying and harassment withing the company. There is also unfair treatment between talents with favored talents receiving anything they want and unfavorites being screwed over repeatedly.

Literally Nijisanji KR 2.0. I hope Rosemi, Selen, hell even Aia (she's just such a failure I can't help but support her she feels like she belongs in Phase Connect) and all the good talents can escape and find success.

I think it is only right that Gura, IRyS and Moom sing the sound track of the sinking of the Nijitanic.
