Honestly I'd say Festival is on par with Towa. Both are really good in their own rights. Both make pretty good calls and excel in the shotcaller roles. Both are a bit bad in certain situations
The only difference is Festival takes everything to heart. She knows she sometimes chokes and it really affects her to a point where every time something bad happens she blames herself even if it wasn't even her fault
Festival's just too hard on herself. It
s why she gets tilted and burns out faster in APEX than other Holo's
