It's not bait. Season 1 is light on cunny. Season 2 onwards goes into overdrive, ESPECIALLY the OVAs. Season 1 is still solid though.

However ever since the rule change, you can be banned for simply saying a loli character is hot or for mentioning a loli doujin if someone reports you. There's even an anti-lolicon subreddit where people look for comments/posts to mass report and then applaud each other when people get banned.
