I got a private dabooru instance setup similar to what /yah/ has, it's getting late, but I'll post screenshots and more info to gauge interest. I think I'll continue to maintain the Mega, but I'll put stuff on there too once it's up and running for anybody who would rather just upload their own stuff / search for things. This is the out of the box experience, can customize it and remove things we don't need.
