Suisei plays into memes (Hi Honey, psychopath), she gets involved in multiple on stream projects with other Holos to increase her visibility and to appeal to the broader Hololive fanbase. Suisei has the full power of the Holobox behind her because even if you're not a Hoshiyomi the 35P will support her for being part of MiComet, the Elfriends will support her for being part of Shiraken, etc. Suisei knows that if you want to turn casual fans into fanatics you need to be in their sights all the time. Suisei has big goals, she's someone you want to support because she's still going full ball down her path, she never gets complacent and never goes "Well that's enough time to rest on my laurels"

Mori on the other hand spends a lot of time promoting roommate shit because she dislikes the restrictions she has in Hololive. She doesn't get involved in big projects anymore (sworn off MC, didn't participate in the Sports Fes), and tends to stick to her own clique. She has no interest in appealing to the overall Hololive fanbase and her attempts to get more Trash Taste style normies on board backfired horribly with Twitter troons targeting her for shit like cultural appropriation and racism. She has a general attitude of "I've made it so fuck you guys" and very few people outside of her core group of cuckbeats want to support her anymore because she's practically invisible if you're interested in Hololive as a vtubing group and not a collection of individual artists.
