Oh i do agree with you, however if nation A and nation B want to have their interaction, I think it is the responsibility of those who want to take part in the story to make sure that whatever they do, in the end that interaction can take place.

So, "some input" as you said is fine, but a third nation swooping in to gatekeep interaction with the second or first nation is a massive NO. Even if their nation would be a hostile nation to everyone involved, it is then the responsibility of that hostile nation's rep to help figure out a way for the interaction to happen regardless, essentially to figure out a way for why their nation failed to meet its goal (of stopping the interaction).

Not saying that is what happened, Im just using that as an extreme example. So this is not about hoshiyomia or risu anymore, im talking in general.

I dont think the shape alone would be enough for that, he outer edges of the chuubanite cone would have to be coated with a material with a high VRI, or the chamber in the cannon where the charge is stored in would have to made of a high VRI material or coated in it. You seem to have used lead for this, which would probably work well.

However your particular design is probably not the most efficient one, but it is a good one as one of the early designs. I'd imagine later designs (when vitubia has achieved a tech level similar to our own) would probably include one-way reflective surfaces and very precise shapes inside the charge in order to allow the VFE excitation wave to bounce around the charge a bit before being focused in its entirety on the round to be fired. Would allow you to get a bigger bang from smaller charges, but it would probably consume them in their entirety in far fewer shots.

Although the magic susceptibility leaves us with a little plot hole. If the Magical Susceptibility is dependent on higher Vitubium density, wouldnt noble gasses and elements that vitubium cannot bond with have a very low Magical Susceptibility and thus by extension, a very low VRI? Meaning that noble gasses and heavy metals are exceptionally bad at blocking magical radiation, which is the opposite of what it was supposed to be?

this would also mean that the highest VRI materials are chuubanite and vitubium themselves, unless ive somehow misunderstood.

Yeah, you are right there, if souls exist they should be explainable by the existing system, and you are also right that it would mean that they would have to be thought of as the concept of a person.
You probably wouldnt be able to isolate and associate the person-concept to a single glyph easily, unless they were a catalognaut, in which case it would be a lot easier I think, simply due to them having far more "presence" in the conceptual realm.
What would you suggest be the way to identify the target for the contract? The person-concept or a linking glyph (linking physical object to a vitium structure) are the best ideas for that that I can come up with. The latter could work with some new particle that can interact with both the physical realm and the vitium field. Which is why i proposed the tattoo idea, since vitubium itself is such a particle, so i thought a targetting glyph could work. Perhaps instead of a single targeting glyph, a series of glyphs are needed to mark the perimeters of the person in the vitium field. Glyphs, being made of vitubium should be readable from both sides.

Paragraphs, you are the face of chuubanite autism by now (which i mean as a compliment). You wont be forgotten as you are probably the person who has had the single most influence on the system. Im probably a close second. Besides, most of the quantum interpretation is just my attempt to try to make your sometimes difficult to understand explanations into something a bit more tangible. Its a translation of your work, not a replacement of it, even though it has unintentionally opened up a lot of new areas for the magic system, it is still fundamentally founded on your work.

I feel the coof is leaving, but it has had a weird side effect on me where it has made me way more emotional than I usually was. Reading last thread was one hell of an experience because of that and I'm currently feeling a deep sense of love for the project and all those who participate in it.

As for the non soc things, I have a lot of ideas. I want to continue my previous stories and I have a lot of ideas for them I just need to somehow turn the ideas into text.

Waiting on bread dog to finish a crop analysis for nasfaqg, which is going to be extremely useful for creating an economy + tradable goods rentry for us.
