A coincidental champy cooking success: When making some french toast for dessert, thought to be cheeky and fry the french toasts with some bacon grease that was left in the pan from earlier. It gave a really tasty savory and sweet bacon and caramel kind of flavor to it. Then I had it with a bit of vanilla ice cream and homemade queen's jam.
