That's bullshit. I've been using Brave for years and it's rock solid. Comes with a builtin ad-blocker for YouTube and Twitch that you don't even need to configure. I can't even fathom how people browse these sites without something like that and not go insane. If you don't like their crypto-based rewards system, you can't just ingore that. It's not even turned on by default.

People like to hate on that game because it was (a) a Switch exclusive and (b) overhyped but it's still pretty good. The story is alright, but very cliche. The bland character design is the worst about it. The trick is to pick the female character and just stare at her ass the whole time. When the fault lies 100% on the organizers and their complete failure to communicate efficiently, there is absolutely no need for girl_dm to submit to their whims and pretend she did anything wrong, or to humble herself in front of the amateurish incompetence portrayed by the organizers.
Because she made no mistakes, nor did she fail to function as she should have been able to, she bears absolutely zero responsibility for the situation and can act as she sees fit. Any voluntary submission and acceptance of the mistake done is entirely a question of how prosocial she wants to be; how much leeway she wants to give to the organizers and XQC. There is zero expectation or need for a competitor to submit to the whims of the organizers after the latter failed to fulfill their duty.

Even the fact that girl_dm would be placed into such a position where she would have to defend her deeds or seek a solution is entirely wrong. The organizers fucked up. They failed to recognize the inherent necessity in effective communication; of the receiver's perceived idea matching the sender's intended idea. Any and all damage control is on their part, not on the competitor's.

Which it blatantly fails to fulfill since we no longer live in close-knit bands where you are dependent on your neighbors for life, community and survival, the kind of setting where bullying actually matters. Your class in school, your workplace environment; they are not society. They are temporary spaces and groups the bullied individual and bully both will leave in time.

Bullying in a setting such as school does nothing to achieve improvement or purposeful gains for society. All it does is strike down a maladaptive individual, without actually gaining anything for the whole. Society is not dependent on the behaviors and actions of a single individual. It does not matter if someone is autistic in behavior. It is entirely irrelevant for society.
There is nothing to gain by bullying except emotional relief for the bully, as the empathetic violation of norms is no longer felt by them. That is all the "value" there is to it.
Much more prudent would be to take spergs and the like aside, educate and teach them on correct behavior, but teachers suck and there's not enough resources for therapists and councelors to handle it all.

Look, I used to think the same thing. I used to think that people that spend over a thousand dolleridoos on audio equipment are pretentious idiots. Just like how people that spend hundreds of dollars on a bottle of wine are in fact pretentious idiots. But I was wrong. The difference in quality I got out of my expensive-ish upgrade really did blow my mind. It's really like night and day.
