Don't Twitch thots tend to act overly sexy and feminine to attract more simps? They're like Japanese idols, but cuteness gets replaced with sexiness. Vei's behaviour doesn't really jive with that. If you say you find her cute, she'll laugh at you and then casually describe her last toilet break. She's a gamer gremlin who also happens to have a really sexy voice.
I also think the photos she posted on Twitter some time ago are not her photos. Vei never streamed with video at all (she was a faceless streamer before becoming a Vtuber), so it wouldn't make sense for her to casually post her face on Twitter one day. She probably asked her friend to pose for a photo.
