Two options:
Person with a Watamelon facemask or straight up a Watamelon head (I think it'd be awkward to draw just the round Watamelon with no limbs to make the exchange). You could get fancy with it and have two featureless anons carrying Watamelon as it's making the exchange, but adding too many people makes the drawing harder so I'm trying to avoid that.
Other option is Coco, in which case the drug suitcase being exchanged would have some kind of seal indicating that it contains asacoco.
In either case, ideally there'd be guards with/without weapons around both parties but, again, too many people, so up to you.

Botan would be wearing her pic rel costume, preferably either the 2nd or 1st from the left (preference in that order), but feel free to choose other variations. Watame doesn't really have an outfit fitting for this situation, so either use her standard one or make up something yourself.
