I don't know how to answer this with something that isn't "their personality" even though it sounds like a gay cop-out, but the 4 chuubas that I watch the most are so vastly different from one another that I have no other way of precisely pinpointing why I like them. They just have personalities that I find very enjoyable to watch.
Most of them have cool designs and models too I guess, but even when, for example, picrel had a very basic vroid model I still greatly enjoyed watching her and it never got in the way of my enjoyment
