If I had to guess
Zen - Improved chances at catching Dragon, Fire, and Fighting type Pokemon
Froot - Basically a Master Ball that works only on Ghosts
Hime - More effective at catching first-stage Pokemon (children)
Mouse - Combination of a Heal Ball and a ball that improves even more from catching Pokemon with status effects
Melody - Basically a Beast Ball but for Electric types.
Silver - Better chances at catching Pokemon in pretty, scenic areas like pic related
Nyan - Awful chances at catching anything unless you scream "CATCH" into the mic for inescapable cringe
VShojo ball - Just works better on anything Female.

And since the art is old and from before Vei joined I'd say a Vei ball would have a better chance at catching male humanoid Pokemon.
