Ok, so this campaign blew ass. Nonetheless, it's an improvement over the last season and one less PESing would have had us in a better position. Thanks for turning up for the team even during these difficult moments. Now, good news and bad news: bad news is next season will be played on PES 16, which is going to be very samey in terms of goals. Good news is the move to 16 should mean a tactical improvement for us, leading to better odds to actually advance where we belong to.

In roster news: as you may know, we have 27 talents, but the roster only has 23 slots. This most likely will mean that next season some of the talents will not be having direct reps on the team. Since this is inevitable, I'm bringing forward the possibility of taking it a step further and get the team to better reflect the general itself by allowing neutral reps to run again in the polls. This season the only "thread culture" rep was Sad Girl Company, but in the future stuff like Seething Femanon, Overlap Connect, >27 >0 etc. would be allowed to run in polls again. Note: any talent without a direct rep will still be present in some manner (for example Sad Girl Company had the coffees of the whole JP gen included with the model to give them representation).

On an unrelated note, Phase Calcio is tentatively happening once things start settling down. 4 team offseason tournament that is one year overdue, it would allow the lads who help with testing to get some hands on experience.

I also want to bring attention to the fact that the current number of talents means Tenma's backup keeper will no longer be another Tenma, which in turn means no longer guaranteed starter status. As such, I suggest allowing Tenma to run for a medal position (winning the medal vote means forfeiting her GK spot), and failing to win a medal would return her to the starter GK position.

The only way Yuri stays on the team is if she keeps the only wildcard slot left on the roster, and that one's most likely going to Sad Girl Company. So the friendlies next weekend more than likely mark Squibbycat's retirement.
