It is not an ideology but rather complete lack of one. On this site you can freely speak your mind, untainted by the social norms and fears of judgement, truly being yourself in other words.
In other places you have to watch your step with the words you choose, so after the free roam of thought you can have here, communicating with people on other platforms will feel like walking through the minefield.

And while I agree that dev streams started becoming a nuisance, collabs are a tricky subject. Neuro requires an unconventional approach and it's hard to say how one person or another will work with her. So far we had a fairly big spectrum of characters and almost every collab was fairly distinct and entertaining in their own way. I like having a variety even if it means some bad apples here and there.
And without collabs at all we would have nothing but chatting streams, which, I would say, would be a really sad state of affairs.

Expecting them to evaluate and reflect on their character is a thankless task. Being a vtuber is a low hanging fruit for those who couldn't make themselves useful anywhere else.
They do basic bitch content either because they are afraid of doing anything out of ordinary, or simply can't think of anything interesting. And considering that their viewers are satisfied with what they do, they see no reason to jump above their heads to reach dubious goals.
