Anon there's a difference between doing well enough that you need the boost for a collab, and being one of the top on the entire site. Vei could be doing better sure but she doesn't "need" anyone she's doing well on her own.

Also how old is that chart anyway? CodeMiko's on it and her numbers have drastically gone down over the past few months. She's still higher ranked than Vei cause at her peak Miko was insane but as of right now Vei's numbers are looking better.
