WIP. I found some scrap leather that I took from a leather worker's trash bin, and traced out the command hook onto it along with a rim. I cut it out using my cloth roller blade and a pair of scissors, and wrapped the visible side with electric tape. The body of the hat will be a plastic bag that's been rolled up, and conveniently expands to fill the shape of the hat. Still have no clue what to wrap it in though, I don't want to use electric tape but I can't find black fabric
