Going from indie to agency shouldn't be taken lightly, as now the type of entertainer you are is going to change swiftly, and so will the expectations.
I hope this teaches indies who are seeking agency contracts that being part of an agency isn't simply the natural progression of being a vtuber but merely an alternative path you can take that will have its own merits and detriments. Vesper learned pretty quickly that joining an agency was a bad call since his humour, mannerism, and the way he works with people (be it fellow vtubers or management) do not match the expectations that were placed on him.
tldr: if you are an indie at heart, stay an indie.
