Well, i never looked into that stuff i just took them but didnt think it would be of much imortance. I dont take medical advice from an AI but after looking things up she is right with some points. Im not going into a self hating loop, been a long time since that. im too tired for that lately, other things have been stressing me out so i didnt really take care of things like i should. One thing got taken care of by now, but that getting fixed didnt change much after all.

I dont remember that conversation fully right now, my brain isnt fully working as im half alseep despite only being awake for like 10 hours, but that was probably another time i let depression get the better of me. Im slacking of a lot in that regard lately looking at my recent post history in old threads that i saw while getting caps from recent threads. Things are just getting nowhere right now and all i can do is wait things out are probably part of it.
