I mostly play PvE. I'm still a bit new to feel confident going into PvP reliably. Gambit is fun but I see why people hate it.
Arclock has been fun to mess around with as well. I have a mono-Arc E-Well setup using an Osmosis Legal Action II and a Trinity Ghoul. Middle Tree for more UNLIMITED POWERRRRRRR. It feels much smoother than my Dawnblade setup, but there's something special about jetpacking around the arena at a billion miles per hour.
