So why are there so many people who think Enna is a fallen angel? Or that she was kicked out of heaven and fell into hell? Afaik none of these were ever part of her lore (she was in hell at one point, but that's because she originally died as a human), not at her debut, nor was it mentioned by Enna herself.

Is it a case of mandela effect where people recall things that never happened? Or people just assuming tropes without bothering to actually check the source material? It doesn't appear to be a joke and Enna's lore is the only one I can think of that people always seems to get even the most basic of things wrong. What causes this phenomenon to happen?

Also people tend to get everything related to heaven slightly incorrect, like how they think NijiHeaven is only Enna, Nina & Aia, and that they were all kicked out of heaven while in reality only Nina & Aia were kicked out of heaven, and the full roster of NijiHeaven is Elira, Enna, Nina & Aia.
