I meant the Pixiv ones, here, I'll show you:
You can see that the filename in my image is the following: 100308603_p1
The numbers "100308603" allow you to easily find the post from where you got the image from, if you append it to the link pixiv.net/en/artworks/<number_here>. The "p1" is which image was it, in this case, it's the second image (we start counting at 0). This is why you already get a pixiv link in 4chanX's sauce finder.
I don't know how the Twitter ones work, but I hope someone smarter than me can find an easier way to do something akin to the Pixiv one later down the road.
