By alt 3D I mean something like Marine's alt outfit. Also I completely forgot about gen 0 but you get the point. If they are getting new 3D models it's not gonna be just a 3D version of their pre-existing outfit. Making them takes time and Cover will prioritize those resources for company events than dedicating them to "porting" existing outfits to 3D when each individual model can take months in the pipeline.
