Based on Mel's stream last night, she knew that she was going to get terminated.
Also seems like Cover knew it wasn't malicious from her side, but it was big enough that they had no choice on the matter. Yagoo, Achan and Nodoka even tweeted out their goodbyes to her.

I dunno. I think she accepted it because she knew it was bad if whatever she leaked got known.
