Reality is much more simple. She was stressed and came up with the faulty pc excuse to take a break then she realized it was thanksgiving and she could extend her break until the end of the holidays and that's what she did, then the anime fest collab with Mori came up and she had to use her setup that was never faulty in the first place but she didn't know what excuse to say and she pretended she forgot to tweet about it, then it was too late when she realized she ghosted her fans for 2 weeks at once on a holiday and omitted any updates about her pc or her collabs, she panicked so much and became even more stressed to the point she couldn't sleep anymore and that's how she got her fever, from mental and physical exhaustion.

What is she doing now? absolutely nothing, she feels lost about what to do and she knows everyone who really cared is disappointed, she asked Cover to go on hiatus to sort her thoughts straight but most likely next time she comes back she will just fuck it up again and disappear once more.
