That guy is a Saudi Prince who's well known in the DotA community and REALLY into anime, his name on Steam was "Sweetheart Yuki Yukeo", and can casually spend over 40$k USD on the most random things.
Hell, he wanted a Dota anime, so he just fucking funded it himself just because he could. (It's called "DotA : Dragon's Blood")
The fact that Bayonetta is also one of his favourite game is funny too.
