Basically, they are done trying to launch anything SPECIFIC. No plans. No "Gen 3," no "Stars EN," no "Vsinger 2." No plans for that at all. If they had plans for that, they'd have asked for tailored responses.
They didn't. Which means they are in this mode:

So basically, expect a situation like JP5-6, which was about when they went open for stuff in JP iirc, where they didn't do anything for over a year because they were good, but eventually locked enough in to throw a gen out. Except even longer, because EN is a side branch, so they won't feel a need to do much extra with it.
Basically, you'll only see a HomoEN if they pull five exceptional talents from a pool and decide "that's good enough for us, okay." Same with EN3; Nothing on that front until they get five exceptional applicants. Same with VSinger: that's basically just gonna be IRyS forever, I imagine.

Hey before you people get all excited about it being fixed, don't forget to factor in the fact that there's probably a lot of people who will tune into something to see if it's fixed on their own. Both from places like here and places like 5ch and their number-obsessed people.
Even in cull mode, the site was at least somewhat proportional to the amount of viewers in stream, so what you think is a 70% boost to normal could only be a 30% boost that was exaggerated by the amount of curiosity particular test cases are getting. Especially when those test cases are decided on in the open and not subject to unaltered observation.
It's tricky to get that kind of data and foolish to try and pin hypothesis testing on single sample sizes. You've all taken university-level statistics classes, I assume, you know this, right? I'm not too familiar with this place but I assume you've got understanding.
