I loved every game I played in the series and always found the criticism for some of Cold Steel games overblown. Being okay with the anime tropes of Sky and Crossbell but raising issue with the shounen writing of Cold Steel is a bit weird to me. Reverie also had a super fun story that I loved a lot.

It's incredibly attractive when someone doesn't hold back their annoyance or anger. Every single time Koyori dies in some shitty old game nobody cares about and she does that head flick to look the other way, I can feel that pissed off energy through my monitor. She's got a lot to say about that shitty game and she's holding back for the sake of not talking shit about a game that has cultural significance.

I love that energy.
