This is also why the maid outfit is so bad. There is not any distinctive design elements in it that make it interesting to look at, it is simply a dark maid outfit. It's not even a good looking maid outfit. The most memorable things about it are the axe, and you don't even see it 99% of the time, and the granny glasses.
Or take orangesex as an example. Everyone calls it that or carrot legs because that's thats the most memorable part of it. And you can even see it now because she has it in 3D now. I guess the jacket is at least interesting enough for her to make merch out of it.

Cat ears hoodie has the cool looking cat ears hoodie at least, and I actually like that one a lot more than the carrot legs jacket. But the cardigan version just has nothing.

Bad outfits look like nothing, tell you nothing and make you imagine nothing.
Meanwhile the mafia outfit gives you everything on first glance alone and only looks more interesting the more you look at it.
