As it stands adding a red dot redeem is doable.
The problems are making it chat controlled or otherwise move around.
It'd likely require yet another program.
And I already have TITS, Vtube studio, Mix it up, OBS and at least one firefox instance running during a stream. In addition to whatever game I'm playing.

So I'm considering trying my dab paw at singing.
I sang like one verse of the British grenadiers during my last stream and at least one person seemed to like it.
