Sorry but this didn't work for me. When I click on a live stream I don't get a "copy at current time" option.

This also didn't work for me. Am I going crazy? I'm pretty sure I've seen clipping options on Youtube but I just tried it on the stream I'm watching and couldn't find it.

Anyway I found a solution, you right click -> Stats for nerds and you get a popup with some stream information including the current stream time (in seconds) which you can see on this screenshot as t:5583.32. A simple python function to convert seconds to time will allow me to navigate to the appropriate timestamp later. I just need to save the number of seconds as shown in the stats for nerds popup.
