Ohhhh I understand that concern too. I personally think it's like listening to a favorite music playlist, just something familiar that grounds you back to yourself after writing and having to get into another mindset for a while mostly bad ending routes
But it's definitely something you should only do if you feel comfortable! Otherwise just recapping with cute webms and rewatches is still really nice!
