I think I've already essayed about this before, but I specifically like the lune lore because it's very versatile. It explained the moth creature streaming as a hobby, it explained the model changes, it worked with the techwear/scifi elements of her models, gave her audience a specific self-insert character and was still vague enough to allow her to lean into either horror or comedy with the scp-ish world. The celestial lore is just kinda there without making much sense of anything, but maybe it's because she just ignored it instead of fleshing it out.

The gauntlet might be much easier for her because the knights seem to stagger very easily. The alonne fight might be easier depending on how many attacks she can facetank while trading, which depends on estus, which again comes back to the gauntlet.
