If I were in charge of NijiEN
-- Ban mixed gender offcollabs.
-- Put a firewall between the male and female sides. Crossover is allowed, but it should be much less frequent.
-- Absolutely ban any mixed-gender shipping, or flirting on stream. Work hard to even minimize the perception of this. Having a mixed-gender branch means you must have a no-tolerance policy for this type of thing.
-- Ban any political messages on twitter or on stream. The company shall be completely non-political. No mentions of "gay pride" or anything of that sort. An exception could be made for openly gay vtubers like Uki, but it must be kept to his solo streams. Perhaps hire someone to balance him out too, so it doesn't appear like the company has a particular political bias.
