Artia's average viewers was 1.2k. The 10k+ was only because of people tuning in for the China drama. You also have to account for the "spam viewer" feature.

To illustrate, Miko got 15K viewers on the emergency Twitch stream.
If you take YouTube's CCV at face value, she retained nearly all of her YouTube audience in this impromptu swap.
This is absurd and also the stream only had 50K views at the end.
More likely explanation is YouTube "spam viewer" feature is seriously nerfing CCV counts
