She was in 4 streams the previous day, pushing it even as she was barely able to keep herself awake. The next day she got a sore throat and her voice sounded like this. Incidentally, she can actually make her voice sound that low if she wants to (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EIF6NcXKeTU)), but it's very straining on her throat, and I think she doesn't like doing it very much. Back in her early days she'd use that voice in short bursts every now and then because it got a good reaction from the viewers, but over time she pretty much sealed "kanata-kun" away. Your best chance of hearing it is when she sings a song in a low key, like her Pokemon Master in today's utawaku.
