Haato does not crab at ALL. She bogs every single morning and gets 4-7 users worth of buys every day. The adjustment algorithm primarily works off day to day view counts. Her views are consistent. The overbought mechanic still weighs the "intended" adjustment more than how heavily we might have overbought something.
TL;DR The Haatons are propping her up. and they're fucking cheaters or something
